This is Gordon Chong, member of the Expert Transit Panel sharing his thoughts after the Panel released its report this morning.
The recommendation was for LRT, Light Rail Transit, along Sheppard Ave East rather than extending the Sheppard Subway to Scarborough Town Centre.
His was the dissenting opinion.
