This demo took place at lunchtime on Monday, September 25th, 2006 on the first day of the last sitting session of Toronto City Council before the November 13, 2006 elections.
At the time my recording, Toronto City Council had yet to vote on the decision.
Moments before a few steps away, Senator Grafstein had endorsed Jane Pitfield for Mayor.
