The West Don Lands, an 80-acre site in the Don River’s flood plain northeast of the Distillery Historical District, will house more than 10,000 athletes and officials during the 2015 Pan/Parapan American Games before being re-configured into a mixed-use, pedestrian-friendly community with market-rate, affordable and student housing.
